# 为什么有主题？

报名时须在[主题 List ](/c-combinator/di-er-ji-fu-hua-zhu-ti-shuo-ming/zhu-ti-list.md)选择一个题目作为项目方向，根据模板撰写计划书。如果有其他相关主题但不在 list 中，欢迎发邮件至 <networkpolis@seedao.xy> 说明情况。

根据 [SeeDAO 元规则 (版本: SIP-2)](https://seedao.notion.site/SeeDAO-SIP-2-a4720f18c068455785a7a9ee5fd626ee) ，SeeDAO 战略孵化器使命主要在以下 3 点：

* 孵化 SeeDAO 以及生态所需的基础设施，为数字城邦提供 DAO 的底层操作系统
* 为 SeeDAO 造血，实现经济可持续发展
* 向 Web3 输出 DAO 时代基础设施，繁荣 SeeDAO 生态，形成 D2D 网络。

因此，SeeDAO 战略孵化器主要通过 SeeDAO 场景打磨出能够商业化的 DAO Tool 或者 孵化出其他类型的 Sub-DAO 组织, 解决 SeeDAO 自身需求和并向其他 DAO 提供基础设施，形成 D2D 网络。

战略孵化器会根据 SeeDAO 实际发展阶段和战略目标，提出每季的孵化主题，并帮助有志者在 DAO 领域探索自己的梦想。

第一季主题是[“寻找 SeeDAO 的种子”](https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/I9m9cfzf18nIZmHEpPUWpg)，主要是为了发现 SeeDAO 内的民间高手，给大家一个实现梦想的舞台。经过两个月的孵化训练，最后有四个项目脱颖而出，SeeDAO TAO 基金为 4 个胜出项目方颁发了 10000 美金 Grants，其中 DAO Link 获得最佳应用奖，额外获得了 10000 美金 Bonus。
